My thoughts
If you fly Delta even a few times a year, the free checked bag perk alone can easily offset the annual fee. One round-trip with a checked bag saves you $70, so it pays for itself quickly. This is a solid card for people who at least occasionally fly Delta and want real everyday value.
How to use your points
Delta SkyMiles are best used for flights on Delta and its airline partners. Here are some of the best ways to use them:
