My thoughts
This is the card for die-hard Delta loyalists who want the best of the best. Delta Sky Club access plus Centurion Lounge access when flying Delta is a huge perk, and the annual companion certificate in First Class or Comfort+ is incredibly valuable. The annual fee is high, but frequent Delta travelers can absolutely justify it.
How to use your points
Delta SkyMiles from this card are best used for premium cabin flights and upgrades. Here are some of the best ways to use them:
- Book first class or Comfort+ on Delta flights using miles
- Book partner flights on Air France, KLM, Virgin Atlantic, and more
- Use the 15% miles discount on Award Travel for even better value
- Use Pay with Miles to offset the cost of any Delta ticket
The ultimate Delta card for die-hard fans.
- Sky Club + Centurion Lounge access when flying Delta is a premium combo
- The First Class companion certificate is far more valuable than the standard Main Cabin version
- Only worth the $650 annual fee if Delta is your primary airline
- If you're not flying Delta frequently, the Platinum card is a smarter choice
