This is a great option if you don't want the card counting toward your 5/24 number. The annual fee is a bit higher than the Surpass, but the quarterly Hilton credit is also higher to help offset it. The welcome offer is good, so it's a solid card to have in your wallet.

Hilton Honors points are best used for free hotel nights:

A smart pick for small business owners who want Hilton perks without the 5/24 hit.

  • Doesn't count against Chase's 5/24 rule, which is a big deal if you're trying to keep that number low
  • The $240 in annual Hilton credits easily offsets the $195 annual fee
  • A slight step up from the Surpass in fee but also in value
